Tier 4 is off and Running!

Hello 6v6 Tier 4! My name is Chris Colantonio, ill be your article provider for the season. I’ve been in the league for a handful of years now and this will be my first crack at being a article provider. Ive been given the task with the tier with the most teams (34!) thus the winner of this league will be most deserving.

I’ll be providing you my unofficial personal take on weekly top 5 player performances, top 5 MVP race and top 5 team power rankings. Best of luck to everyone!

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

Good: Team V stood out to me due to the 0 points against which is one of the first tiebreakers at seasons end. If the team can continue to pull off 4INT and 3 Sacks per game then they will be a big problem for everyone. Add Viren Patel 5-1 TD/Picks ratio and you have yourselves an early contender.

Good: NoFlagsGiven, Yes they are only 1-1 and not mentioned on my power rankings but i see the potential in the squad. Its early, things will change and these guys will be a force. Tyler Stewarts 8-1 TD/Pick ratio and 85 rushing yards makes him a duel threat. Then you have Jesse Quinsey’s faboulous start with a player rating of only 58Off and 60.4 Def as a huge steal.

Bad: Les Flagouilleurs are the only team at 0-2. Looking over their roster im seeing a lot of new players. It takes time to adjust and find your roll on the team. On the bright side, both losses were tight games and QB Alex Poitras put up impressive numbers 7-1 TD/Pick ratio and Vet Gabriel Wiseman can help guide this team to wins.

Bad: Both offensives in the Ball So Hard University vs Flag Dealers game struggled in this one. BSHU combined for only 7 total completions (and still almost won!) in the 14-6 game. Could it be that both the defences are dominant or maybe the 10pm start time had an effect? Only time will tell but if Flag Dealers (2-0) want to continue to be a contender, the offense will have to put up more than 18 and 14 points scored and put less pressure on the D

Ugly: Lets not panic, but Warnabrother Inc had a rough start to the season losing 39-0. Im seeing all new players on the rosterand thus far 2 unsuccesful QB’s. Fingers crossed that they are an indoor team as game 1 was played outdoors.Still lots of time to figure it out.

Obviously its early with almost a third of the teams not having played yet and others already two games in. The playoff format hasent been decied yet but i will break it down for everone in a future post. Stay tuned
